Now, on the flip side, the rates shot up unexpectedly—went from $85 to $125 for my extended stay. I could've snagged a spot at Hampton or Hilton for just ten bucks more! Talk about a bummer.

Some amenities were unavailable, like breakfast options and a working phone in my room. Also, the heater was not very effective, and I could feel the cold air coming through the door. A few minor inconveniences affected my experience, but the comfortable room made my stay enjoyable overall.
